Seven babies were delivered using in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer in Ningxia

目的辅助生殖技术的临床应用。方法(1)临床技术:筛选病人,前期准备,促超排卵,卵泡监测,B超引导下经阴道取卵术,移植,黄体支持。(2)实验室技术:卵子收集和识别,精子洗涤和上游,体外受精,卵胞浆内单精子注射,胚胎移植。(3)选择性减胎术。结果单胎、双胎及三胎妊娠,7个健康活婴出生。结论体外受精-胚胎移植及其衍生技术应用于各种难治性不孕症患者获得了理想效果。

Objective To develop the assisted reproductive techniques（ART） in Ningxia first. Methods （1）Clinical techniques： The patients were selected, tested and prepared, controlled ovarian hyperstimulation, and follicles monitored, through vagina oocytes aspirated under B ultrascound guide, embryos transferred, prevented miscarriages. （2）Experiments techniques： oocytes collected and distinguished, sperm rinsed and swam, in vitro fertilization, intracytoplasmic sperm injection, embryos transferred. （3）multifetal pregnancy selective reduction. ResllltS Singleton pregnancies, twin pregnancies and triplet pregnancies, birth of healthy children. Conclusion The good results were obtained to treat various difficult female and male sterility patients with in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer techniques.
