摘要
目的本研究观察应用亚低温技术治疗脑干出血的临床疗效和对血浆内皮素的影响。方法随机将40例脑干出血病人分为治疗组和对照组各20例,治疗组在药物综合治疗基础上加用亚低温技术治疗,对照组为单纯药物综合治疗。治疗开始前及治疗后28天分别进行GCS评分,并检测血浆内皮素的变化。结果治疗28天后,治疗组的GCS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01),血浆内皮素的浓度,明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。病死率治疗组低于对照组。结论亚低温技术可以明显改善脑干出血患者的神经功能及预后。
Objective To observe clinical effects of mild hypothennia (MHT) in treating brainstem hemorrhage, the alteration of the level of plasma endothelin (ET). Methods 40 cases suffered from brainstem hemorrhage confirmed by CT scan. 20 patients which treated with MHT were randomly divided into treated group,and 20 cases were only treated with drugs into control group. Glasgow score(GCS) and ET were measured before treatment and 28th day after the treatment for two groups. Results 28th day after MHT treatment, the GCS a were remarkably increased and ET level was signicantly decreased( P〈0.01 ). Conclusion In treating brainstem hemorrhage, using MHT can protect the cells of brain and improve the outcome of the patients. MHT is effective and safe.
