As a leading poet of “Deep Image”, Bly＇s importance lies in the fact that he writes religious meditations for a public that is no longer ostensibly religious. The force of his poem depends upon the establishment of a sense of intense subjectivity within contexts of the commonplace. His poetry requires the poet who seeks to integrate his self, others with the cultural and physical worlds to go deeply inward. This essay attempts to analyze Bly＇s expressing ways of his logos from three aspects.
