摘要
创新型教师应该具有开放性、主体性、创新性、协同性等健全的创新型人格特征和较强的教育创新能力,并应从本位化、个性化和民主化三个方面进行角色定位,这就要求教师从观念上和技术上都要完成相应的角色转换。
The innovative-oriented teacher should have good and sound personalities and stronger innovative ability. So they should give full play to their roles in three aspects： departmental egoism, individualization and democratization, which require the teaching staff to correspondingly transfer their role on the basis of both idea and technology.
