摘要
创新型教师应该具有开放性、主体性、创新性、协同性等健全的创新型人格特征和较强的教育创新能力,并应从本位化、个性化和民主化三个方面进行角色定位,这就要求教师从观念上和技术上都要完成相应的角色转换。
The innovative-oriented teacher should have good and sound personalities and stronger innovative ability. So they should give full play to their roles in three aspects: departmental egoism, individualization and democratization, which require the teaching staff to correspondingly transfer their role on the basis of both idea and technology.
