山西麦长管蚜对拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂抗药性研究

Studies on Pyrethroid Resistance in the Wheat Aphid(Sitobin avenae Fab) from Shanxi

采用点滴法于１９９１～１９９５年测定了山西省主要麦区晋中、临汾、运城麦长管蚜对４种拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂的敏感性。结果表明，晋中地区麦长管蚜已对氰戊菊酯和氯氰菊酯产生了低水平抗性，抗性指数分别为８．４和９．８倍，对溴氰菊酯和甲氰菊酯尚属敏感阶段。运城地区和临汾地区麦长管蚜对这４种拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂均未产生明显的抗性。

Susceptibility to 4 pyrethroid insecticides of the wheat aphid (Sitobin avenae Fab)from Jinzhong, Lin fen, and Yuncheng regions of Shanxi was tested by using topical application in 1991～1995. The results showed that Jinzhong strain has developed low level resistance to fenvalerate and cypermethrin, the resistance ratios were 8. 4～fold and 9. 8-fold, respectively,but to deltamethrin and fenpropathrin still was susceptable. The Linfen and Yuncheng strains have not yet developed obvious resistance to the four pyrethroid insecticides.
