管状支架类零件的三维设计探讨

摘要 管状支架类零件在林业机械、家具等设计中得到广泛应用。这类零件是由不同直径或截面形状的管子构件组成的,根据使用功能的不同,他们往往具有比较复杂的空间结构。本文对钢管焊接支架类零件的结构和造型进行了分析,在该类零件的三维造型设计方面提出了利用空间曲面、平面的交线进行造型和设计的方法。这种方法比单一采用拉伸、旋转等方法造型方便且可靠。 Piping rack class parts is wide-ranging used in products design, such as forestry machinery and furniture desigtr and so on. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and research the methods on three-dimension design of piping rack class parts. It included analysis on structure of this class parts, compare and study on modeling methods. Piping rack classes parts are consist of different diameter or section piping parts. According to function on use, structure of these parts is usually complex. During its three-dimension, model by intersection of space surface and plane is better than other model methods.
