摘要
就近年来关于昆虫对杀虫剂抗性的分子机制的研究进行了综述。昆虫抗药性产生的机理主要涉及到以下几个方面:①表皮穿透性的降低;②神经系统敏感性的下降;③解毒酶活性的增强;④其他因素的作用。这几个方面都可以从分子水平找到与之相关联的基因,有些基因已得到了克隆并进行了DNA的序列分析。具有抗性基因的昆虫,其行为和适应性也发生了相应的改变。抗性基因大多以不完全隐性方式遗传。
The recent research progress about molecular machanisms of insecticide resistance were summarized. The mechanisms of resistance were mainly concerned with the following aspects: ①Decreased cuticular penetration. ②Nervous insensitivity to insecticides. ③Increased capacity of detoxification. Some resistant genes have been cloned and sequenced. Behaviour and adaptability were changed in resistant insects. Resistant genes were mostly incomplet recessive inherited.
