鸭梨感染黑星病后生理病变的研究

PHYBIOLOGICAL CHANGES OF PEAR LEAVES INFECTED BY Venturia nashicola

通过对鸭梨叶片接种梨黑星菌（Ｖｅｎｔｕｒｉａｎａｓｈｉｃｏｌａ）分生孢子后，分期测定其叶片的细胞渗透性，光合作用，总酚含量，多酚氧化酶活性以及过氧化物酶同工酶．结果表明：鸭梨叶片感染黑星病后，细胞渗透性增加；光合作用降低；总酚含量增加；多酚氧化酶活性增强；过氧化物酶同工酶也发生变化，在接种后有新酶带产生和原酶带活性增强。

After pear(Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd.cv.Yali)leaves infected with Venturia nashicola,the permeability of cell membrane increased,photosynthetic rate dropped, the totalphenols content and the activity of polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase isoenzymerose.There was an additional band o f peroxidase isoenzyme sho wing up in the fastband area.
