摘要
通过对历年来国家关于高校经费来源的法律法规及文件规定的全面梳理,与对高校经费来源数据的对比统计分析,发现中国高校经费来源经历了从单一化到多元化的三个不同发展阶段。
A discovery is made through an all-round examination of laws, regulations and documents concerning higher learning institutions＇ sources of funds issued over the years by the state and a comparative statistical analysis of the source statistics that the source undergoes three development stages from unicity to multi-element.
