摘要
应用ANSYS软件对某锅炉分隔屏式过热器的应力进行了分析计算,并用Goodm an图解法评估分隔屏的安全性,发现屏晃动单侧值在0.5 m内,即应力幅值在57.3 MPa以内时,过热器屏是安全的。若屏晃动单侧值超过0.6 m,应力幅值超过70 MPa,从锅炉长期运行角度来看,有一定风险。这个结果对锅炉安全监督具有实际指导意义。
The stress on the pendant superheater of a boiler is analyzed and calculated using ANSYS software, and the safety of the screen is assessed by Goodman diagramming method. If the single-side swinging range of the screen is below 0.5 m, i.e. the stress amplitude is within 57.3 MPa, the superheater screen is safe. If the single-side swinging range exceeds 0.6 m, the stress amplitude will exceed 70 MPa, which is risky for the superheater from the view of long term operation of the boiler. The study result provides guidance for safety supervision of boilers.
