伊贝母鳞茎层积过程中核酸及超微结构的变化 被引量:1

摘要 采用5℃层积下的伊贝母鳞茎,进行了核酸含量及更新芽超显微结构变化的研究。发现了伊贝母鳞茎休眠解除过程中的一些规律性变化,两次RNA的积累时期,恰与电镜制片观察到的核糖体增加的时期相一致。还观察到了细胞中液泡、前质体的一些变化规律,并发现其与一些植物由营养生长锥向生殖生长锥转化时期所发生的变化相似。 In order to study the hanges of DNA and RNA content and ulrastructure,bulbs ofFritillaria pallidiflora Schrenk.stratified at 5℃ were used. Some pattern in the proce-sses of recovery from dormancy of the bulbs was found.Two RNA accumulationperiods and increase in the number of ribosomes happened at the same time. Changesof vacuoles and proplastids in the eell were observed,and these changes were similarto those which occurred in the transformation from vegetative cone to repro ductivecone in some plants.
