摘要
使用数值方法进行了活塞二阶运动仿真分析.运用牛顿第二定律建立活塞,连杆及曲轴的3种运动状态模型.在各运动状态之间,运用拉格朗日方程建立活塞3种敲击模型.通过变量代换,将方程未知量变换成描述活塞二阶运动的活塞销横向加速度、活塞偏转角加速度和敲击力,由此算法编制FORTRAN 90程序进行求解,得到活塞二阶运动过程中的横向位移、速度及活塞偏转角、角速度的变化,同时求解活塞处于不同的运动状态下对缸套的作用力,为进一步研究内燃机机体辐射噪声做好了准备.
A numerical method is presented to calculate piston secondary motion. The motion model included the piston, the connect-rod and the crank shaft was established using Newtonian mechanics and the impact model was established using the Lagrangian equation. By substituting the relations between the variables, the matrix function with the acceleration, velocity and scraping or impact force was obtained. The numerical simulation of this model was processed by FORTRAN code, The lateral displacement, velocity of the piston and the angle of piston rotation from vertical, and the velocity of piston rotation in various angle of crank shaft were calculated,and the scraping force between the piston and the bore was obtained at the same time. With these results, the noise radiated from an engine can be analyzed.
