甘蓝型油菜细胞质雄性不育系D6A及其保持系恢复系和杂种F_1的育性比较

STUDIES ON FERTILITIES OF A NEW STERILE LINE D6A AND ITS MAINTAINER, RESTORER AND HYBRID F_1 IN BRASSICA NAPUS

甘蓝型油菜花器官外形、花粉形态与大小、花粉量、花粉育性与萌发率的比较结果表明：在０℃＜日均温＜１０℃下开花，Ｄ６Ａ充分表现出雄性不育，尽管有微粉存在，但花粉败育率高，花粉萌发率极低，花粉管长度较短，因而受精能力弱．

The fertility of D6A, a new sterile line transfered from Shan 2 A CMS in Brassica napus, was studied on aspects of flower morpha, pollen morpha and size, quantity. fertility and germinating rate, compared with its maintainer (D6B),restorer(T89- 6)and hybrid F1 (Zayou 50)as controls. The results showed D6A expressed male sterility when it was flowering below 10℃ average daily temperature,although a little pollen developped normally, its germinating rate was very low and the length of germinating pollen tube was short. So its pollinating competence was weak (seed set rate by selfcross has kept in 3. 47% for many years ).
