杂交油菜秦油二号氮素的积累与分配规律 被引量:14

STUDY ON THE ACCUMULATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF NITROGEN IN HYBRID RAPE“QINGYOU NO. 2”

摘要 测定不同施肥水平、不同生育时期植株地上部各器官氮素含量得出:秦油二号在整个生育期内植株含氮率呈下降趋势,氮素积累总量在初花期出现一个高峰,初花后有所下降,终花至成熟又略有回升。氮素在开花前主要分布于叶中,终花后则主要分布于角果和籽粒中。与常规品种相比,秦油二号植株体内氮素的转移率较高,单位产品对氮素的需求量较少.施氮水平对植株的含氮率、氮素积累总量及在各器官中的分布等均有明显的影响. In this study, the nitrogen contents in above-ground parts of Qingyou Nu. 2 plant were measured at different growing stages. Results showed as follows: nitrogen contents (% )declined gradually in whole growing period. The amount of nitrogen accumulated reached a peak at the beginning of flowering stage and decreased later but increased slightly from the end of flowering stage to maturation. Nitrogen mainly distributed in leaves before flowering stage while in pods and seeds after flowering stage, Comparing with conventional rape. the rate of nitrogne translocation on Qingyou No. 2 plant was higher and per unit of seed output required less nitrogen. The Nitrogen content, total amount of nitrogen accumulated and nitrogen distribution could be influenced obivously by the levels of nitrogen applied.
