淀粉糖发展迅速,产量猛增,但质量不齐,水平不等,本文针对淀粉糖生产关键技术,从液化。糖化,离子交换等方面进行研讨。为突出重点,以问答形式进行介绍,希望有助于解决生产实际技术问题。
Now the industry of starch sugar develops very fast, and its production also increase quickly. But, at the same time, its quality control is becoming a problem. In this paper the key points of starch sugar processing, such as liquefaction, saccharification and ion exchange, are discussed with a form of questioning and answering.
