摘要
针对水平井长水平段上的基岩酸化,介绍了扶正节流滑套投球管柱分流工艺的原理及适应性,室内分流模拟实验结果表明平均节流量在60%以上,可起到分段酸化目的。该工艺起下管柱安全,具有反洗通道,一次作业不上提管柱,即可近似连续油管的回收过程进行逐点逐段处理,最大限度地利用地面设备功率,提高酸化施工排量。
Based on matrix acidizing in long horizontal section in horizontal wells, this paper established the principles and applicability of the diverter technology of sliding sleeve ball injection pipe string. The laboratory diverter analog tests proved that the average throttling volume was more than 50%, and acidizing could be done with subsection. The pulling and running of pipe string was safe and there was back washing channel. During one trip operation the pipe string needn't to be pulled. The operation was similar to the recovery of coiled tubing, so, the surface equipment could be most used to increase the discharge capacity of acidizing operation. Comparing with coiled tubing operation, this technology could shorten the operation time by 2 days and decline the operation cost by $6×104~12×104.
