摘要
黄瓜是一种呼吸非跃变型果宾,12℃下,用聚乙烯薄膜密封包装可以有效抑制黄瓜采后失水、黄衰和可溶性蛋白含量的下降;包装环境内的气体(O2,CO2)组成和湿度对黄瓜保绿具有同等效果;而对黄瓜可溶性蛋白的影响则以湿度更为重要。结果表明:薄膜包装对黄瓜采后保鲜的因子是包装环境内具有的高湿和适当的低O2、高CO2气体组成。
The rate of respiration of cucumber(Cucumis Sativus L.)showed non-climactaeric change after harvest.At 12℃,the water loss,yellowing and degradation of soluble protein were inhibited effectively in cucumber packaged with polyethylene film,the effect of modified atmosphere (O2,CO2)on keeping the fruits green was the same as that of humidity in sealed film packaging enclosure, the humidity played a dorminant role in delaying the degradation of soluble protein. These results indicated that the fresh-keeping effectors of sealed film packaging on postharvest cucumber were the high humidity and optimum low O2,high CO2 in the packaging enclosure.
