摘要
创业板市场存在诸多风险,风险控制对其健康发展意义重大。我国的中小企业板市场有别于创业板市场,但本质上没有太大差异。在对创业板市场风险分析的基础上,对相关内容的风险控制进行了比较全面的研究,以此供中小企业板市场借鉴。
Risk control is very important to the second market because of many kinds of risk. Although the Chinese middie and small corporate stock market is different from the second market, it is not an efficient difference. The paper studies risk management contents in detail based on risk analysis of the second market, which is useful to the Chinese middle and small corporate market.
