论品德的人力资本属性

A Study on the Human Capital Characters of Moral Virtue

舒尔茨1960年创建了人力资本理论,但人力资本理论没有论述品德是不是一种人力资本。根据品德的特性及资本的定义,论证了品德也是一种人力资本。品德人力资本性的界定和建立有助于我们加强对国民品德的教育和培养,在市场经济建设的今天有着重要的现实意义。

T·W·Schultz put forward the theory of human capital in 1960. But the theory does not explain whether moral virtue is a part of human capital or not. Based on the character of moral virtue and the definition of capital, this paper demonstrates that moral virtue is definitely a part of human capital. It is significant and important to regard moral virtue as a part of human capital in the process of Chinese market economy building because it is helpful in people＇ s moral virtue education and cultivation.
