Influence factors of ring spinning single yarn twist test is more, influence of operating method and instrument main parameters on twist test was analyzed. The test shows that applied operation method correctly, chosen 3 mm elongation localization of new type domestic twister and precise calculate and set pre-tension on single yarn reasonable are keys in testing single yarn twist exactly.
