摘要
微机控制系统中的可靠性设计是系统设计的一个重要环节。在改造GA747型剑杆织机控制系统设计中,通过合理选择和筛选元器件、提高电源的可靠性设计、设计可靠的印刷线路板、采用光电隔离及抗干扰软件设计,有效解决了系统干扰问题,提高了系统的准确性、稳定性和可靠性。
Dependability design is a key point in system design of computer controlling system. In innovating controlling system design of GA747 rapier loom, system jam was resolved and system accuracy, stability & dependability was enhanced through choosing element reasonably, enhancing dependability design of power source, designing dependent printing wiring plate, using photoelectric separation and anti-jamming software design.
