中国生态型城市的建设

自从江泽民同志在建党80周年大会上提出要努力开创生产发展、生活富裕和生态良好的文明发展道路以来,在我国,建设生态型城市就成了全社会讨论和实践的热点。时至今日到底何谓生态型城市,在我国社会主义初级阶段的特殊国情下生态型城市的建设现状如何以及我国建设生态型城市的未来走向怎样,仁者见仁、智者见智。针对这些问题拟提出笔者的一些思考。

Since the 80th birthday party of CCP, when Chairman Jiang proposed the road to the civilization of productive and wealthy living in good ecology environment, the construction of urban ecology has long been a hot topic by the Chinese society and in practice. Till now, there are various opinions on both the being of an urban ecology and the present status of such construction in Chinag particular situations, as well as the future of our work. The paper gives some considerations and suggestion concerning the topic.
