Technologies and prospect of manganese sulfate production

对当前国内外各种硫酸锰的生产工艺进行了综述,剖析了高温焙烧法、酸浸法、两矿加酸法、二氧化硫法的优点及不足,并介绍了日本独特的硫酸锰生产工艺。同时也对中国硫酸锰工业的发展特点及趋势做了描述,指出中国硫酸锰工业应沿着生产技术型、经济型、环保型方向发展。

The current technologies for the manufacture of manganese sulfate at home and abroad were reviewed, especially the merits and shortcomings of calcination method, acid extraction method, pyrites/pyrolusite method, sulfur dioxide method were summarized, and unique technology adopted by Japanese enterprises was introduced. Meantime the development features and trend of manganese sulfate in China were also stated, and it was pointed out that the development direction of manganese sulfate industry in China is towards the technology, enconomy and environmental protection.
