菜豆炭疽病药剂防治研究 被引量:4

摘要 室内接种试验表明,多菌灵和百菌清的混合液具有较好的抗冲刷能力;接种2d后喷洒该混合液,对菜豆炭疽病的防治效果明显下降,证明该混合液主要为保护作用;适宜使用浓度为600~1000倍稀释法.田间试验表明,药剂拌种结合田间喷药对苗期病子叶率和子叶病情的防效分别为42.0%和54.3%,而对初生叶病株中的防效为100%,前期收获豆荚的防效为100%,后期的防效为79.3%~84.7%.药剂防治对总产没有明显增加,但2级以下豆荚和健荚比对照分别增加20.00%和55.00%. The results of greenhouse experiment showed that the mixture of Benomyl and Chlorothalonil was highly resistant to washing off The control effect was obviously lower with spraying the mixture inoculated 2 days after inoculation than within one day. It was demonstrated that only protective action was provided by the mixture.The results of field experiment showed that the control effect of seed treatment combined with spraying the mixture during the growing stage to percentage and severity of the diseased cotyledon were 42.0% and 54.3% respectively,to percentage of diseased primary leaves was 100%, and to those of early and late harvest stage were 100% and 79.3%~84.7%respectively.With fungicide control, the total yield increase was not significant, but the increase of pods with severity under grade 2 and healthy pods were 20.0%% and 55.0% respectively.
