积极推进门户网站建设 加快电子政务建设步伐

根据党的十六大部署,各级政府以及政府的职能部门都要进一步转变职能,改进管理方式,推行电子政务,提高行政效率,降低行政成本,使我们的政府逐步形成行为规范、运转协调、公正透明、廉洁高效的行政管理体制政府。在政府推进电子政务方面,加强门户网站建设成为其中一个关键性举措。本文简要地论述了门户网站建设对于政府推进电子政务与提高政府执政能力的作用,政府建设门户网站的功能定位以及建设门户网站必须切实加强领导、讲究实效,从而提高门户网站在体现政府为民服务方面的重要作用。

According to the spirit of the Communist Party＇s sixteenth session, Chinese governments at all levels are due to transfornl their functions by means of improving management, applying electronic technology, raising efficiency and lowing administrative costs in order to establish a standardized, well-coordinated, transparent, high efficient and uncorrupted government. Thus, the construction of government websites has become a key element towards E-government building. In this article, the author discussed the importance of website building towards Electronic government and the functions of government website as well as how to improve management and guidance to website building so as to supply optimized service to the public.
