锁定加压钢板在桡骨远端骨折中的应用

Treatment of Unstable Fractures of Distal Radius with Locking Compression Plate(LCP)

目的探讨锁定加压钢板(locking compression plate,LCP)在桡骨远端骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法对11例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者经掌侧或背侧切口进行切开复位、LCP内固定,其中3例给予自体骨移植,术后早期进行功能锻炼。结果术后随访5～24个月,骨折愈合良好,根据改良McBride评分和纽约骨科医院腕关节评估标准优8例,良2例,可1例,优良率达90.9%,疗效明显。结论LCP内固定治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折临床疗效满意,尤其适合合并骨质疏松的老年病人。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of locking compression plate（LCP） for unstable fractures of distal radius. Methods 11 patients of comminuted distal radius fractures underwent open reduction, internal fixation with LCP via palmer or dorsal incision, including 3 cases of antogenous bone implantation. Functional excise carried out in early stage postoperatively. Results With 5 to 24 months follow-up, all fractures unioned well and classified as excellent in 8 cases,good in 2 cases and fine in 1 case according to Modified McBide scoring system and wrist joint functional evaluation criteria of New York Orthopedic Hospital. The excellent and good improvement rate was 90.9%. Conclusion It is a recommendable method to treat unstable fractures or fractures with osteopenia of the distal end of radius with early open reduction and internal fixation of LCP, particular for the oht patient.
