摘要
目的探讨黏质沙雷菌(SM)随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)法基因分型及意义。方法以优化的反应体系及单一随机引物AV15对临床分离的109株SM进行RAPD分析并按指纹图上DNA条带数及片段大小绘制基因分型图谱。结果109株SM共得78种RAPD型。结论RAPD法可用于SM的基因分型。
Objective : To establish the genotype profiles of Serratia marcescens (SM)by randomly amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD)technique. Methods :The optimal reaction system and single random primer AVis were used for genotyping of the 109 strains of SM isolated from clinical samples,and the fingerprinting profiles were drawn according to the number and length of DNA bands. Results:The 109 strains of SM isolated from clinical samples could be distinguished to 78 kinds of RAPD patterns. Conclusion : 78 kinds of genotype profiles could be obtained by RAPD technique in the SM isolated from clinical samples.
