从“肾虚络痹”论治退行性骨关节病

Treatment for Retrograde Osteoarthropathy by Treating Stagnation of Collaterials due to the Kidney Deficiency

依据退行性骨关节病患者常见的临床症状、体征及发病年龄,查阅大量古今文献,结合中医传统理论,对其病因病机进行深入研究,并据此探讨辨证论治原则。认为退行性骨关节病是本虚标实之证,肾虚为本,寒湿、瘀血、痰饮等邪气痹阻络脉为标;治疗时既要重视补肾,又要通经活络。结论:肾虚络痹是退行性骨关节病的主要病机,补肾通络是治疗该病的基本原则。

According to the medical literatures of both ancient and modern times and the traditional Chinese medical theory,the pathogenic factors and pathogenesis were studied deeply in accordance with the clinical symptorms,signs and ages of patients with retrograde ostcoarthropathy.And then the principe of treatment by differentiation of syndromes was probed.It is thought that retrograde cstooarthropathy is characterized by the syndrome of defieiency in origin and excess in superficiality,That is ,the origin is the kidney deficiency and the superficiality is the stagnation of collaterials due to the pathogenic factors such as colddampness,blood stasis,phlegm retention.In elinic,great importance should be attached not only to the tonification of the kidney but also the clearing away and activation of collaterials and meridians.Conclusion：stagnation of collaterials due to the kidney deficiency is the main pathogenesis of ctrograde ostcoarthropathy,and tonifying the kidney to activate the meridians is the basic treatment prineiple for the disease.
