摘要
目的:观察桃核承气汤对热瘀证大鼠SOD、MDA的影响,探讨其对血管内皮细胞损伤的保护作用。方法:采用大肠杆菌内毒素复制大鼠内毒素性热瘀证模型,于首次注入内毒素前1 h、注入后12 h、第2次注入内毒素前1 h分别灌胃桃核承气汤浓缩液,检测桃核承气汤对SOD、MDA的影响。结果:桃核承气汤能增强热瘀证大鼠模型SOD的活性,抑制热瘀证大鼠MDA含量的增加。
Objective：To observe the influence of Taohe Chengqi Decoction on SOD and MDA of rats with heart stagnation syndrome,and to probe the decoction＇s protective action on the vascular endotheliocyte vascular.Methods：colibacillus endotoxin was taken to duplicate the endotoxic model rats with beat stagnation syndrome.The coneantrated solution of Taohe Chengqi Decoction was poured into the rat＇s stomach respectively an hour before the endotoxin injection for the first time,12 hours after the injection and an hour before the injection for the second time to examine the influence of Taohe Chengqi Decoction on rats SOD and MDA.Results：Taohe Chengqi Decoction could strengthen the SOD vitality of modelled rats with heat stagnation syndrome and restrain the increase of MDA content of rats with beat stagnation syndrome.
