摘要
主要介绍体积大、形状复杂工件的扩散钎焊焊接所需要的高温加压感应炉的结构设计,并对实现工件焊接面挤压、间接加热、炉门正负压密封、炉门的浮动、承载大轴的转动密封等技术进行了较详细的论述。
In this paper, the structural design about a kind of special high temperature pressure induction furnace which is applied for some complex shape special work's diffuser brazing welding was introduced. Furthermore detailed discussed the technology about the implementation of welded face's extrusion, indirect heating, furnace door's positive-negative pressure sealing, furnace door's floatation, and loading macro-axis' rotational sealing, etc.
