摘要
采用全隐式有限差分法,建立了步进式加热炉内钢坯温度场的数值计算模型,编制了钢坯加热过程的模拟软件。分别对不同工况下的钢坯加热过程进行模拟计算,得到了滑轨结构、滑轨高度和滑轨质材等对钢坯出炉温度分布和黑印温差的影响。为消除黑印,提高钢坯加热质量提供了科学依据。
A mathematical model for numerically simulating the temperature distribution of steel slab in a walking beam type reheating furnace is established by using the finite difference method. A computational software for studying the heating-up process of steel slab is developed. The heating-up processes of steel slab in different operating conditions are simulated, and the effects of slide structure, slide highness and slide material on the temperature distribution are studied. These results are reasonable and offer scientific bases for resolving the black mark and optimizing operation of slab heating-up.
