摘要
在当前市场需求不断变化和竞争日益激化的形势下,旅游饭店能否有效地管理和成功地运作在很大程度上取决于人的素质。女性人力资源是饭店人力资源的重要组成部分,也是饭店的宝贵财富,科学、有效地开发饭店女性人力资源,对提高饭店人力资源的整体质量、提升饭店竞争力具有非常重要的作用。
Faced with the incessant changing demands of the market and the increasingly fierce competition, whether a hotel can be managed effectively and successfully depends to a great extent on the quality its staff. Female staff are an important and valuable component of the human resources in a hotel. Capitalizing appropriately and effectively on female resources in hotel management is of great importance to improving the overall quality of its human resources and thereby promoting its competitiveness.
