To Be Administrative Faculty with Awareness of Six Aspects of Work and with Six Qualities

建设一支高素质的大学生思想政治工作队伍,是在国际国内形势发生深刻变化、高等教育快速发展的背景下,加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的重要组织保证。为适应形势的需要,高校学生思想政治工作干部必须具备六种意识,成为“六型”干部;必须处理好六对关系。同时高校必须高度重视思想政治工作干部的教育培养,为他们的成长创造必要的条件和良好的氛围。

Forming an elite contingent of moral-education faculty is an important organizational guarantee for consolidating the effect of moral education among college students under the circumstance of the great changes in international and domestic situations and of the booming higher education in China. To adapt themselves to the situation, college faculty engaged in moral education of students must be fully aware of the six aspects of their work and thereby become administrators with six qualities. They have also to handle six pairs of relationship well. Meanwhile, the school authority should give special importance to the training of these faculty members, providing them with the necessary conditions as well as the favorable surroundings.
