摘要 Internet技术出现后,通讯技术的进步直接促进了以计算机为基础的在线网络教育的迅速发展。但对于以质量为根本的现代远程教育机构来说,在其发展中存在着不可忽视的一些问题。本文就中外现代远程教育教师教学质量评价指标进行比较,为进一步探讨改进现代远程教育教学质量,建立行之有效的教学质量评价标准提供理论依据。 Since the adoption of the Ioternet, the development of communieation technology has been directly promoting that of online education and learning based on computers. But problems still exist as distance educational institutes focus on quality. This paper attempts to make a comparison of criteria between China and foreign countries in evaluating the teaching quality of distance education, which provides an academic foundation for improving distance education and establishing feasible criteria for evaluating its teaching quality.
