本文以宁波外滩这个特定的区域为例,以外滩风貌的演变过程为线索,研究外滩历史变迁过程对其风貌的影响,以及在改革开放与经济建设大发展的新形势下,对现有历史街区给予精心的改造与保护,从而带动整个宁波城市风貌的延续与发展。

This paper illustrates the Old Riverbeach of Ningbo, and studies its historical impacts and features of its style in the course of development. Under the situations of the reform and opening-up and new economic development, the paper argues that it is necessary to elaborately rebuild and protect the existing historical block with the purpose of driving the continuity and development of the whole cityscape of Ningbo.
