棉秆蒸煮预处理工艺的研究(英文)

摘要 本研究对棉秆蒸煮方法进行了改进,在棉秆蒸煮前用化学药剂对其进行预处理能够取得较好的蒸煮效果,通过对草酸钠、过硼酸钠、P3种助剂的对比研究发现以P和NaOH配合蒸煮效果最好,并对P和NaOH配合预处理的工艺条件进行了优化,结果表明采用P0.05%和NaOH2.0%,在温度90℃时处理30min可以得到满意的结果,在纸浆得率几乎不变的前提下,烧碱蒽醌法蒸煮未漂浆白度提高了8.9%(ISO),卡伯值降低了7.48。 Cooking technique of cotton stalk is improved in this paper. Cotton stalk is treated with medicament before cooking and better effects are gained. Three kinds of assistant, sodium oxalate, sodium perborate and P are contrasted. In these assistants, match of P and NaOH is the best scheme. It can be concluded that prime conditions are P 0.05% , NaOH 2%, 90℃ and 30 min. The results indicate that yield of screened pulp is almost unaltered, brightness of unbleached pulp is improved 8.9% (ISO) and kappa number is decreased 7.48.
