摘要
以茶籽为原料,通过有机溶剂进行浸取,研究并确定出了提取茶皂素的最佳工艺为:浸提茶皂素温度为80℃,苯与茶籽配比7∶1,脱脂时间5h,95%乙醇与茶籽配比6∶1,正丁醇与茶籽配比6∶1,产率达13%。
This paper mainly introduced extracting process of saponin. Saponin could be gotten by immersing seeds of tea in organic solvent. The optimum progress is that extraction temperature is 80℃ ,the proportion of benzene to saponin is 7 ： 1, the degreasing time is 5h, the proportion of 95% ethanol to saponin is 6 ： 1 and the proportion of butanol to saponin is 6 ： 1,and the yields is 13%.
