THE DEVELOPMENT ORIENTATION OFWESTEM AREA DISTINCTIVE ECONOMY

区域特色经济是区域优势、资源优势的延伸,建设区域特色经济是振兴西部经济的支撑点,也是适应市场经济发展以及产业结构调整和全球经济一体化需要的战略选择。西部区域特色经济的发展必须以市场需求为导向,以资源禀赋为基础,以支柱产业为龙头,以科学技术为核心,以耦合效应为机制,通过资源的优化配置、品牌的优化整合促进西部地区的经济与社会的协调发展。

Area distinctive economy is the extension of area and resources preponderance. Constructing area distinctive economy is the centre of developing western economy,and also the strategy selection adapting to the development of market economy, the adjustment of production structure and the integration of world economy. To develop western area distinctive economy, we have to take market demand as direction, natural endowment resources as basis, pillar industries as lead, science and technology as core,and coupling effect as mechanism. By optimizing the resources allocation and the brand conformity, promote western area economy and community to develop in harmony.
