肺动脉导管用于临床血流动力学监测已经超过三十年，然而近年来的随机对照研究并未证实该监测手段改善危重患者转归。本文就肺动脉导管对临床治疗策略的影响、对临床转归的影响、以及影响脉动导管监测价值的因素作一概述，并介绍近期发布的相关临床指南。

After initial introducting by Swan and Ganz more than 30 years ago, the pulmonary artery catheter （PAC） technique was raoidly becoming more and more popular in the following years However. recent randomized conlrolled clinrcal trials did not show benefit influence of PAC on the outcome of critically in patients. In order to clanfy its clinical usefulness, we reviewed correlating studies and introduced recent guidelines on PAC topic.
