雷米芬太尼是一种新型的阿片类镇痛药，国外已广泛应用，国内也已上市井应用于临床。其具有独特的药代药效学特点，几近理想的阿片类镇痛药，适合长时间连续输注及靶控输注。其对中枢神经系统、循环系统和呼呼系统均有明显影响。本文综述雷米芬太尼药理学及临床应用研究进展。

Remifentanil is new opiloid. it is widely used abroad and its domestic product has been adminstered dinically.Remifentanil which has unique pharmacologicat character is almost an ideal opioid for continusous infusion.It affects on central nervous system,respiratory system and cardiovascular system function.This article reviewed the development of research about the application and pharmacology of remifentanil.
