摘要
环境污染是一个严峻的话题,笔者通过诸多治污措施的比较,提出征收污染税是符合经济规律的最佳措施。
Environmental pollution is a serious problem faced by Chinese. After comparing with the other measurements, the author proposes to take pollution tax to deal with the trouble of pollution.
