摘要 目的探讨顺铂(Cisplatin,CP)剂量与肾毒性之间的相关性.方法 Wistar成年大鼠,腹腔注射CP,CP 1组5mg/kg,CP 2组7mg/kg,于给药后24h,2.5d,4d,7d和10d心脏取血,利用自动生化分析仪检测肌酐(Cr)和尿素氮(BUN).结果 24h后Cr和BUN均明显升高(P<0.05),4~7d(P<0.01)达高峰,10d后渐趋下降.结论肾功能损伤随顺铂剂量的增加而加重,但随停药时间的延长,肾功能有一定程度的恢复. Objective To study the relationship between the dosage and nephroxity caused by cisplatin (CP) in chemotherapy of patients with gynaecology tumour. Methods CP was injected into the intraperitoneal of adult Wistar rats with dose of 5mg/kg in CP I group,7mg/kg in CP 2 group. The blood wore taken out from there hearts at 24h,2.5d,4d,7d and 10d after injected,mad the serum creatinine(Cr) ,blood urea nitrogen ( BUN ) were tested with antoanalytiner. Results The Cr and BUN rise both CP 1 group and CP 2 group at 24h( P 〈 0.05 ) and get to the hightest level at 4 - 7d( P〈 0.01 ) ,the CP 2 group are more obviously than that of CP 1 group, but the two index(Cr, BUN)declined after 10d. Conclusion The damage of kidney caused by CP was increased with the dosage,but it is possible to recover to certain degrees with stopping the therapy.
