摘要
通过抗折、抗压强度试验,研究了织物铺层铺设方式对水泥基复合材料力学性能的影响.研究表明:随着织物铺层层数在一定范围内的增多,织物增强水泥基复合材料的纵向抗折强度逐渐增大,而横向抗压强度却逐渐下降;织物铺层角度对织物增强水泥基复合材料纵向抗折强度和横向抗压强度有不同影响,在所试验的范围内,纵向抗折强度以45°织物铺层角度为最好,0°的次之,90°的最差,而横向抗压强度却以0°织物铺层角度为最好,90°的次之,45°的最差;织物铺层位置对织物增强水泥基复合材料纵向抗折强度和横向抗压强度的影响在不同的情况下有较大的差别.
Based on flexural and compressive strength test, the influences of fabric layer laying style on mechanical properties of cement composites are analyzed and studied. The results show that the longitudinal flexural strength increases while the transverse compressive strength decreases with increasing the number of fabric layer at certain extent; The effects of angle of fabric layer on longitudinal flexural strength and transverse compressive strength are also different. The longitudinal flexural strength when the fabric layer is laid at an angle of 45° is the highest, and that at 0° is higher than that at 90°, as well as that at 90° is the lowest; while the transverse compressive strength when the fabric layer is laid at an angle of 0° is the highest, and that at 90° is higher than that at 45°, and that at 45° is the lowest. Under different condition, the difference between the effects of position of fabric layer on the longitudinal flexural strength and transverse compressive strength of the fabric reinforced cement composite is significant.
