妊娠合并子宫肌瘤36例分析

Clinical analysis of 36 patients with pregancy in combination with myoma of uterus

目的:探讨妊娠合并子宫肌瘤更为合理的处理方案。方法:对2000年2月～2005年2月收治的36例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤病例进行回顾性分析。结果:肌瘤与胎盘的位置随着孕龄的增加而不断移位,孕中晚期肌瘤易漏诊,剖宫产时分娩出血较多,阴道分娩时恶露时间较长。结论:妊娠合并肌瘤者孕期应B超监测、定位,放宽剖宫产指征。

Objective To explore the better way to deal with these cases.Methods We retrospectively analyse the 36 cases of pregnancy in combination with myoma of uterus from Feb.2002.to Feb. 2005.Results With the increase of gestation the position of fibromyoma in relative to the placeta changed,which results in the morr hemorrhage and the poorer diagnosis. Conclusion The monitor of B ultrasound in gestation and broadening the indications of C-section is helpful in treatment for the cases of pregnancy in combination with myoma of uterus.
