人羊膜移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉

Transplantation of amniotic membrane in the cases of recurrent pterygium

目的:为了提高复发性翼状胬肉的手术效果。方法:对55例(55眼)患者采用人羊膜移植联合显微手术切除局部病变组织的方法治疗复发性翼状胬肉,术后随访3～12月。结果:术后1周羊膜植片周围结膜上皮开始覆盖羊膜表面,4周后结膜上皮完全覆盖羊膜移植片,在随访期内,1例病人术后术眼有轻度异物感,有1例病人局部组织增生肥厚伴睑球黏连。所有病例术后无免疫排斥反应发生,无一例复发。结论:羊膜移植可提高复发性翼状胬肉的手术效果,降低术后复发率,是一种简单、有效的治疗方法。

Objective To improve the postoperative effect of the recurrence rate of pterygium. Methods Transplantation of amniotic membrane with excising local pathological process tissue were performed on 55 cases （55eyes） by means of operating microscope, following from 3 to 12 months. Results Epithelium of conjunctiva arround the amniotic membrane covered the surface of the graft at the 1st postoperative week, and covered the whole surface of the graft at the 4th postoperative week. 55cases （55 eyes ） were cured, one case felt slight for- eign body sensation after operation, and local tissue hyperplasis and thickening with symblepharon occurred in one. No rejection occurred, none relapsed. Conclusion Transplantation of amniotic membrane can improve the postoperative effect of the recurrence rate of pterygium, and reduce the postoperative recurrence rate of pteryglum. It is a simple,effective way to treat pterygium.
