The factors that influence the clinical novitiate quality of the professional nurse and its countermeasures

摘要 目的:探讨影响专科护生临床见习质量的相关因素及对策。方法:组织232名见习护生到A、B两家医院集中见习1周,并对见习护生及带教教师进行问卷调查。问卷包括见习护生对临床带教教师的评价;临床带教教师对见习护生的评价。结果:临床带教教师在“对学生态度、与学生沟通、业务技能、教学安排、教学方法”方面相互呈正相关(P<0.01),并分别与总评分正相关(P<0.01);见习护生在“言行举止、学习态度、沟通能力”方面与总评分正相关(P<0.05),见习护生纪律情况与其他几方面及总评分关系不大(P>0.05)。结论:临床见习质量可能与带教教师对见习护生态度、业务能力、教学方法有关,可能与见习护生的言行举止、学习态度、沟通能力有关。 Objective To probe into correlative factors that influence the clinical novitiate quality of the professional nurse and its countermeasures. Methods 232 novitiate nurse students were organized to practice one week in A or B hospital, and questionnaires were given to both students and teachers guide. The questionnaire include the evaluations of the clinical teachers given by the novitiate nurse students, and the ones of the novitiate nurse students given by the clinical teachers. Results The clinical teachers assume positive correlation on the attitude towards the students, communications with the students, operation technique, teaching plan, teaching methods (P〈0.01), and assume positive correlation on total grade each. The novitiate nurse students assume positive correlation on the students' behavior, study attitude, communication ability.(P〈0.05). The discipline of the novitiate nurse students′, other aspects and total grade assume less correlation. Conclusion The clinical novitiate quality may relate to the novitiate nurse students′ attitude ,operation ability, teaching methods of the clinical teachers and the behavior, study attitude, communication ability of the novitiate nurse students.
