摘要
小学教师特有的素质由教育思想观念、思想道德素质、专业素质(业务素质)、文化素质、身心素质五方面构成。优化本科学历小学教育专业教育学科课程的设置,可以培养高素质小学教师。优化教育学科课程设置应做到:渗透科学化、现代化的教育理念;提供必要的方法和技术;促进实际教学能力和内在职业信念的初步养成。
The peculiar quality for primary school teachers consists of the following five parts: educational sense, ideological and ethical standards, professional qualities, cultural levels, and psychosomatic qualities. The goal to train the hi - qualified primary school teachers can be achieved by optimizing the arrangement of the pedagogical curricula for the undergraduates specializing in primary education. The following suggestions for the goal are put forward: infiltration of the modern scientific educational ideas, offer of the necessary methods and technology, and promotion of the tentative development of the practical teaching ability and the internal vocational notion.
