The peculiar quality for primary school teachers consists of the following five parts： educational sense, ideological and ethical standards, professional qualities, cultural levels, and psychosomatic qualities. The goal to train the hi - qualified primary school teachers can be achieved by optimizing the arrangement of the pedagogical curricula for the undergraduates specializing in primary education. The following suggestions for the goal are put forward： infiltration of the modern scientific educational ideas, offer of the necessary methods and technology, and promotion of the tentative development of the practical teaching ability and the internal vocational notion.
