摘要 企业CEO是每个国家、各种社会制度中最稀有、最宝贵的人力资源。如何配置、利用好这一资源是每个国家经济发展的关键。本文从我国国有企业经营者选聘制度改革出发,结合工作的实践,提出了CEO选聘制度改革的主要内容,以及我国市场化配置CEO应注意的几个关键问题。
