摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法制备了不同摩尔比的WO3复合La2/3Ca1/3MnO3(LCMO)样品,探讨了零场下LCMO样品的阻温关系及在不同磁场下的磁电阻效应。分析了体系在高温区和低温区的导电行为,并在此基础上讨论了磁场对导电机制的影响及起因。
Different mole proportion composites of sample WO_3 and La_(2/3) Ca_(1/3) MnO_3(LCMO) are synthesized by using a sol-gel technique.The relation of LCMO sample between resistivity and temperature in zero field is discussed and MR effect in different magnetic fields is measured.The conductive behavior of the system above and below the insulator-metal transition temperature T_p is analyzed and then the origin and influence of electrical transport properties under magnetic field are discussed.
