双季铵盐的合成试验研究 被引量:13

摘要 以自制的N,N-二甲基十二烷基叔胺和1,4-二溴丁烷为原料合成了双季铵盐。对经过重结晶、减压干燥处理后的产物进行了定量分析,考查了反应时间、反应物配比、反应介质的加量以及不同反应介质等因素对双季铵盐产率的影响,确定了最佳反应工艺条件。运用红外光谱对提纯后的合成产物进行了结构表征,测定了固体产物的熔点,并探讨了合成双季铵盐的反应机理。 By taking N,N-dimethyl dodecylamine and 1,4-dibromobutane as raw material to synthesize bisquaternary ammonium salt,the product of bisquaternary ammonium salt is analyzed quantitatively.The affect factors of production rate,reaction time,proportion of reacting substance and reacting medium are examined in order to determine the best reaction process conditions.The product structure is characterized with IR,melting point of the product is measured,and its reaction mechanism is explained.
